Pre-Calendaring Additional Information Form (Fall 2014)

Community Development advisers request that groups complete the Pre-Calendaring Additional Information Form in order to better assist advisers with negotiating space reservations for student group events taking place during Fall 2014. Remember, Your Pre-Calendaring submission in Virtual EMS must be submitted BEFORE you complete the Pre-Calendaring Additional Information Form.

The form's ranking system allows for you to clearly communicate your priorities to us as we represent your group. We know that you think the time, date, day of the week, and location are all "very important". However, when you step back and consider your request, you may realize that having your event on a certain day of the week is actually more important than having it on a specific date. Likewise, you may decide that any date is fine as long as you can get a specific location during evening hours. Ranking the importance of all of these categories will help guide us as we work to accommodate your needs.

We ask that you submit a Pre-Calendaring Additional Information Form for your group’s major events no later than Friday, April 18, 2014 by 11:59pm.
