Lunch Visits
Lunch Visits are available only to high school seniors in the fall semester and only to high school juniors in the spring semester. This one-hour experience offers the prospective student an opportunity to learn more about Columbia with a current student and no more than five other prospective students over complimentary lunch in John Jay Dining Hall. The program is exclusively for the registered prospective student. All family members and friends visiting campus with the student are encouraged to walk around the campus or have lunch in our neighborhood during the hour.
Fall 2009 Lunch Visits
Lunch Visits will be offered Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays promptly at 12:00pm beginning September 23 and concluding December 4. There will be no Lunch Visits during fall break week (November 4 - 6) and Thanksgiving break (November 25-27). An RSVP is required. Please scroll down for individual event dates and registration. Registration is limited for each lunch and will close once capacity is reached. Prospective students may sign up for only one Lunch Visit. Multiple, active registrations for the same student on different dates will void all dates, and the student will not be able to participate. We kindly ask that you do not register for a specific date until you are sure you can attend. We encourage all prospective students visiting campus also to attend an Information Session and Campus Tour.
