FROM LUNCH TO LABS: VISITING COLUMBIA THIS FALL
In addition to weekday information sessions and campus tours, the Visitors Center and Office of Undergraduate Admissions invite you to take advantage of a variety of campus programs including Lunch Visits and Engineering Tours.
Consider attending a Lunch Visit offered Wednesdays-Fridays this semester. Lunch Visits are available exclusively for high school seniors in the fall and will be available to high school juniors in the spring. The one-hour experience offers prospective students an opportunity to learn more about Columbia from a current student over complimentary lunch in John Jay Dining Hall. An RSVP is required for Lunch Visits, and registration is limited.
If you are considering studying engineering at Columbia, Fridays are a great time to visit campus. You can first attend a Lunch Visit and then go on an Engineering tour to learn more about what makes Columbia Engineering distinct. Engineering tours, designed to offer prospective students an in-depth look into The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, are led by current Columbia Engineering students and are available every Friday at 1:00pm except during holidays. Please note that the Engineering tour is designed to supplement, but not replace, the Undergraduate Admissions information session and general campus tour. Reservations for the tours are strongly recommended and are required for groups over ten. If your plans change, however, you do not need to formally cancel your reservation.
We look forward to welcoming you to campus this fall!
