COLUMBIA 101

Welcome, Class of 2019

One of the best ways to prep for your move to campus and the transition ahead is for you and your family to join us at one of the COLUMBIA 101 events, our summer advising and information sessions that take place in June in a number of major cities. These sessions are a great opportunity to meet other Columbia students and families and learn what it’s really like to be a student at Columbia.

We’ll have the right people -- including current students, alumni, and advising deans from the Center for Student Advising -- on hand to answer your questions about what to expect during the first weeks at Columbia. You will learn about campus life, academic advising, and the many support services available for students.

Events will be added throughout the spring as they are confirmed. In addition to multiple sessions on campus, events take place in cities on both coasts and around the globe. Webinars will be offered in July for both parents and students who are unable to attend.
