He will be speaking about the role of regulatory agencies in the clean-up of hazardous waste sites, the disposal of solid-waste, and operation of facilities that process hazardous wastes. The Last Day for Columbia College Students to Choose the Pass/D/Fail Grading Option for Fall 2012 is THIS THURSDAY, November 15th

You must fill out an Add/Drop form before the (11/15) Thursday 5:00 p.m. deadline and turn it in to the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar is located in 205 Kent Hall and is open until 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Summer Research Program for Students of Diversity

Biostatistics Enrichment Summer Training (BEST) Diversity Program at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health is a rigorous eight-week program that is focused on expanding and diversifying the behavioral and biomedical sciences’ workforce by introducing undergraduates from underrepresented populations to biostatistics and cardiovascular and pulmonary disease research.

BEST is currently recruiting students for our 2013 program (May 28-July 19) and have extended the application deadline.
