CC/SEAS Tutoring Service-Tutors Needed

The CC/SEAS Tutoring Service is seeking qualified and motivated sophomores, juniors and seniors - as well as Columbia University graduate students - to serve as tutors. The position is paid and offers flexible hours based on the tutor's schedule. Tutors must have over a 2.5 GPA and a B or better in the course(s) to be tutored. Prospective candidates should complete an application and submit it to the Center for Student Advising/Academic Success Programs (ASP) office located on the first floor of Schapiro Residence Hall. A personal interview and two academic references (at least one from a professor, and the second from another faculty member or an Advising Dean/Counselor or other Advisor) are required. All tutors must also attend a tutor training meeting.
