Center for Career Education - This Week at CCE: Nov. 18-22, 2013

Hello Students,

Skanska will be on campus this week to discuss both full time and internship opportunities for Civil, Mech E and Architecture students.

For GS students considering a career change - the Columbia Alumni Association has just extended an invitation to you to meet with alumni and other professionals who have successfully navigated career transition.  Note you must register as an alumnus/na HERE as students have just been added to the mix.  Any questions, please contact Lindsay Hotaling at lah2174@columbia.edu.

For CC students interested in startups and innovation, the CC Dinner Series continues with CC alumnus Adam Nguyen, co-founder and COO/CFO of eBrevia. Space is limited so register today.

Presidential Global Fellowships Information Session - Friday, Nov. 22
With Presidential Global Fellowship Initiative funds, Columbia University presents summer study abroad fellowships for a select group of rising CC, SEAS, and GS Sophomores (current first-year students). This merit-based fellowship provides enhanced advising and programming that supports the development of individualized global education plans. It covers the program fee for a Columbia summer study abroad program as well as a stipend to cover round-trip airfare and living expenses. For more information, click here.

CC Dinner & Discussion Series – Monday, Nov. 25

2014 NanoJapan: International Research Experience for Undergraduates Program - Application Deadline: Friday, Jan. 24, 2014
The NanoJapan program provides U.S. undergraduates with structured research opportunities in Japanese university laboratories with Japanese mentors focused on the study of THz dynamics of nanostructures.
