Donate Your Calculators!

The service organization, the Double Discovery Center, needs calculators! Unfortunately, many deserving students in Harlem cannot afford to purchase an appropriate calculator to use for the SAT math problems. The students instead are figuring out the complex math in their head. This continues to place them at a severe disadvantage when they take the SAT exam; thus, limiting their future college options.

As a Columbia University student you can make a lasting impact on a kid's life and college career simply by donating your calculator!

Calculator drop-off locations will be set up at Rm. 306 in Lerner. Or you can drop it off tomorrow (Friday) from 12PM-5PM at one of the boxes set up along Lerner Ramps.

Please contact Isaac Lara at (201) 681-0946 if you have any questions, or e-mail igl2101@columbia.edu

Thanks for your generosity!
