ENHANCE YOUR RESEARCH POTENTIAL WITH LIBRARY WORKSHOPS
A series of library workshops in the next three weeks provide an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills for your work and research in the months ahead, with presentations on digital video editing, bibliographic citation management, qualitative analysis of textual, image, and media sources, personal database creation, and a new class on options for creating and managing research notes and sources.
Featured software tools include: Final Cut Pro, NVivo qualitative analysis software, Filemaker Pro database software, Zotero, EndNote, and RefWorks, Adobe Acrobat Professional, dtSearch for indexing and searching your data, and EverNote.
A schedule of offerings with online registration forms is available in the Digital Humanities Center in 305 Butler and online at http://ldpd.lamp.columbia.edu/workshops/
We look forward to seeing you in class.
