Introduction to Undergraduate Research at Columbia II: How do I get involved?
Part II will focus on how to start to get involved in a research laboratory when you have no idea about how to go about the process. Topics to be covered include when to start the search, a quick review of the departments and centers at Columbia where research is conducted, how to research your lab, how to contact research professors and write initial emails, options for both academic year and summer research, and other ideas for how to get involved.
