Prior to fall enrollment, entering first-year program participants attend a mandatory five-week Summer Bridge Program offered through Academic Success Programs.  Participants take courses in Calculus, Statistics, Writing, Literature Humanities, Physics, Psychology, and Chemistry to prepare for the academic work required of Columbia students. The program begins on Monday, July 6, 2015, and ends Tuesday August 4, 2015.

In response to continued student demand for more collaborative work space in Libraries' facilities, we are piloting a "Talk Zone" in Butler Library during the spring semester. This "Talk Zone" will be located on the west side of the 4th floor of Butler Library in rooms 406, 406A, and 409.
