Who wants to be featured in the new Columbia viewbook??!!
Undergraduate Admissions is currently working on a brand-new set of admissions brochures and publications. For our new page on internship opportunities, we are creating a special feature with dozens of camera phone photos of Columbia students at their internships, and we would love to feature as many of you as possible! That’s right- your face featured in the Columbia viewbook. Alma Mater is going to be SO jealous.
We are looking for you to send in camera phone photos of yourself at your current internship and/or research project. The more context you can give in a camera phone photo, the better. Maybe the photo could be you in front of the building with the logo of the company you work for in the background, or maybe you in action classifying cell cultures, or taking a test shot at a photo shoot, or at the archives, or from the trading room floor. We want just a simple snapshot of your involvement at your internship.
When emailing the photo, please also include name, hometown, major, and class year, as well as a brief description of what the internship/research was and what your role was.
**Please send all photos to Cindy Aguilar in the admissions office: email@example.com**
Photos are due back Sunday April 18th. If you are going home for break, and want to take a photo of yourself at a previously held internship, that’s fine. If you are staying in NYC and want to send in a photo of yourself in front of everywhere you’ve ever had an academic year internship, that’s amazing!
Thank you in advance! Let me know if you have any questions- I’ve included a couple of links below on how to email a cameraphone photo if your phone doesn’t have email.
