Dear Columbia University Student,

The mission of the Center for Student Advising is to guide and support Columbia College and Columbia Engineering students in a coordinated and collaborative advising experience.  To better do so, we are currently engaged in a research and assessment project that will aid us in understanding students’ advising experiences in an in-depth way.

We have partnered with an outside research firm, Slover Linett Strategies, to hold discussion groups on campus to explore students’ relationship with the CSA as well as their needs, expectations, and engagement with CSA advising.  We want to hear from all types of students, whether you visit the Center for Student Advising often or not at all.

All discussions will be held during reading period on May 3^rd and 4^th.  In appreciation for their input, participants will receive two movie tickets and a complimentary meal. Participants will also be entered in a raffle to win an iPad2.
