2012-2013 Application Process for Continuing Students
Continuing students must reapply for financial aid each academic year. The deadline for continuing students to submit All Financial Aid Application Materials is May 5th, 2012.
Late financial aid applicants may be penalized by having some of their Columbia grant eligibility replaced by additional work. If you have extenuating circumstances that will delay completion of your financial aid application, please contact your financial aid advisor before May 5 to request a deadline extension.
Students may check the status of their application materials online via SSOL Financial Aid System Online. Continuing student award letters will not be available until July, 2012.
Please include our COVER SHEET with all documents to insure proper coding and filling.

CSS Profile |
Complete the 2012-2013 CSS Profile online. CSS School Code: 2116 Profile data will be sent electronically from CSS to Columbia so you do not need to send us copies or printouts of your application.

| 2011 Tax forms |
Submit signed copies of your and your parents’ 2011 Canadian and Provincial tax returns or Mexican tax returms (including all schedules, T-4 forms, and any business returns) to the following address: Financial Aid & Educational Financing Or FAX to 212-854-5353 Remember to include our COVER SHEET with all documents.
If your parents will not file a 2011 federal tax return, they must submit a Parent Tax Non-Filer certification and provide a current statement of earnings from your parents’ employers that states their yearly earnings. All tax/income documents (if not already in English) should be officially translated into English. Please note that there is no longer a separate continuing student institutional application. Students may check the status of their application materials online via SSOL Financial Aid System Online. Continuing student award letters will not be available until late June, 2012. |
