2010-2011 Application Process for Continuing Students

Continuing students must reapply for financial aid each academic year. The deadline for continuing students to submit All financial aid application materials is May 5th, 2010. Late financial aid applicants may be penalized by having some of their Columbia grant eligibility replaced by additional work. If you have extenuating circumstances that will delay completion of your financial aid application, please contact your financial aid advisor before May 5 to request a deadline extension.

Profile data will be sent electronically from CSS to Columbia so you do not need to send us copies or printouts of your application.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Complete the 2009-2010 FAFSA online.

Please note that the 2009-2010 FAFSA will not be available until after January 1, 2009

Be sure to sign your FAFSA either electronically with a PIN number provided by the Department of Education or by printing out and mailing a FAFSA signature sheet to the processor. More information on PIN numbers will be found at www.pin.ed.gov.
