The following information will help you determine which applications and forms you need to complete and the dates you should submit them. In order to submit your application materials by the November 14 due date, you may need to estimate some of the information.

Submit signed copies of your and your parents’ 2007 Canadian and Provincial tax returns (including all schedules, T-4 forms, and any business returns). |

2008 Tax Returns |
Submit signed copies of your and your parents’ 2008 Canadian and Provincial tax returns (including all schedules, T-4 forms, and any business returns). If your parents will not file a 2008 federal tax return, they must submit a Parent Tax Non-Filer certification. |
