Accommodations

There are a number of hotels within a short distance to campus. When calling for a reservation, mention that you are visiting Columbia to see if a special rate may apply. Please note, however, that we do not guarantee lower rates. We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible. A list of off-campus accommodations is available online.

In addition, a limited number of on-campus rooms will be offered to parents and families of 2010 graduates through Columbia University Housing Services. Three-night room packages in Carman Hall will be available for the evenings of May 16 (Sunday), May 17 (Monday), and May 18 (Tuesday).

Applications for Commencement Housing at Columbia University will be available the first week of February. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms are filled.
