There are several hotels within a short distance to campus. When calling for a reservation, mention that you are visiting Columbia to see if a special rate may apply; however, we do not guarantee lower rates. We recommend making a reservation as soon as possible.
Hotels throughout Manhattan, the boroughs, and the tri-state area are easily accessible to campus via public transportation. In addition to the link above, the following resources are recommended for locating accommodations.

- The Columbia Travel Portal provides a more extensive list of area hotels.
The official tourism website for the City of New York is nycgo.com, which offers the most comprehensive hotel list.
Columbia University Guest and Conference Housing will offer a limited number of on-campus rooms to parents and families of Columbia graduates. Rooms will be available for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning February 11, 2014, at 11:00 a.m.
Once the reservation period begins, Columbia Housing will be able to provide assistance via telephone at 212-854-0365. Parents who do not have Internet access may then have their graduating seniors apply for them online or in person at 114 Hartley.
