Privacy

A student's disciplinary and/or educational record is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). The student must authorize the release of his/her record before it is discussed between the University and a third party. Students who wish to authorize this release must complete this FERPA Release and return in to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards during normal business hours.
