Students, faculty, and staff may file a report directly to the Office of Judicial Affairs and Community Standards for any incident involving Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, or School of General Studies undergraduate students. For incidents that occur within residence halls, please contact a Residential Programs staff member to file a report.

• Report a student conduct concern.
• Report an academic integrity violation.

• Report sexual or gender-based misconduct (via Student Services for Gender Based Misconduct).
• For incidents that occur off campus or incidents of bias or hate, a report may also be filed with CU Public Safety.
