Refer an Incident
Students, faculty, and staff may file a report directly to the Office of Judicial Affairs and Community Standards for any incident involving Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, or School of General Studies undergraduate students. For incidents that occur within residence halls, please contact a Residential Programs staff member to file a report.
- For incidents that do not involve Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, or School of General Studies students a report may be filed with the respective school(s).
- For incidents that occur off campus or incidents of bias or hate, a report may be filed with CU Public Safety.
- To report sexual or gender-based misconduct, please contact Student Services for Gender Based Misconduct.
