Who Am I? - An assessment of your personal leadership style, skill level, experiences and development of your personal leadership mission.
Getting There - The tools and information needed to get started and create your own long-term action plan.
Leadership Labs - A unique leadership experience where you will work with a team of students and an adviser to develop, coordinate, and launch a project of your choosing within the Columbia community.
