The IRC Art Exhibit in conjunction with the Cultural Heritage Months will celebrate the work of various LGBTQ artists & artists of color throughout the year.  Our aim is to display the work of artists who represent various aspects of a particular cultural Diaspora within a given Heritage Month.  Artists’ work will explore themes focused on social justice or those embedded within a particular cultural tradition.  Finally, our hope is to highlight the work of artists who may not traditionally be celebrated within mainstream American culture.  All Art Openings will include a panel discussion with the artists and various members of the university community.
