Undergraduate Research Program offers research opportunities and method tutorials in molecular basis of hormone and drug action; use of recombinant DNA techniques in biomedical research; biochemistry of cellular membranes and signal transudation; molecular basis of pulmonary, cardiovascular, and nervous system diseases. Offers competitive stipend and inexpensive university housing.

Eligibility: 
Must be a student in the physical or life sciences with an interest in entering a Ph.D. program in the biomedical sciences and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference given to rising juniors with GPA 3.0 and above. Applicants must be US citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card).
