The Undergraduate Summer Research Program of The Department of Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University, in conjunction with funding form the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Undergraduate Biological Sciences Education Program, is hosting research opportunities for eligible undergraduate students in the Life Sciences. Work will be done in established laboratories, with interaction among scientists and peers.

Eligibility: 
Students must be science majors with at least a 3.0 GPA ; be considering a career in Life Sciences; have completed Introductory Biology and at least be enrolled in General Chemistry; be US Citizens or a non-citizen but attending a US University on a student VISA.
