The van navigator position on BOP is integral to both the fun and function of the program. The van navigators help the van drivers (Columbia administrators) ensure that the support and equipment vans are in the right place at the right time in order to successfully execute water stops along the BOP route. Van navigators camp, eat, and play games with the rest of the BOPpers every night and are very much included in the trip overall as well as in BOP leader and leader-first year events throughout the year. We are looking for applications from CC and SEAS first-years and sophomores who are enthusiastic about being a part of the COÖP and BOP community. Students who are applying to become COÖP leaders can also apply for the van navigator position.
