Summer Research Program for Undergraduate Minority Students includes hands-on laboratory research in the biomedical sciences, scientific seminars, field trips, a research symposium, workshops on scientific ethics, public speaking skill medical and graduate school admission. Stipend support and free housing in university dormitories is available. Travel to and from campus is also provided.

Eligibility: 
US citizen or permanent resident; under-represented ethnic minority student; interest in biomedical research. American Indian, Alaskan Native, Pacific Islander, African American, Spanish American, Latino and Chicano are encouraged to apply.
