The practicum combines structured, staff-supervised patient assignments, professionally conducted seminars and lectures, giving students an opportunity to explore the disciplines of a university-based psychiatric hospital. This is a non-salaried program.
Eligibility:
College students interested in social work, psychiatry, medicine, recreational therapy, nursing research, psychology, and hospital administration are invited to apply. Eligibility determined by demonstrated academic ability and a required personal interview.
