The Gateway to Dentistry program is designed to introduce under graduate students to the wide range of career options associated with the Dental Profession. UMDNJ - New Jersey Dental School offers all prospective applicants challenging and informative hands on dental experience. This is an intensive internship based at the New Jersey Dental School in Newark, New Jersey.

Eligibility: 
* Be in good academic standing. * Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college. * Have completed at least one semester of college and taken some science courses * In-state and out-of-state residents are eligible to apply. * Students who have participated in the articulated BS/DMD program or who have been accepted to NJDS are not eligible to participate in the Gateway to Dentistry Program
