Welcome to all of our international students. You've traveled a long way to be here and we're glad you have chosen Columbia University.

If you are an international first-year student and not participating in a pre-orientation program, your move-in date is Sunday, August 25th. Housing will send you an email to confirm your move-in for that date. If you are accepted into a pre-orientation program, that program will provide you move-in information. 

If you are a transfer, visiting, or combined plan student, your move-in date is Tuesday, August 27th. 

All international students should visit International Students and Scholars Office for information about Visas and other pertinent info and the Coming to Columbia guide. They've also prepared a Survival Guide that you might find of use.

In addition, you should visit the International Student Programs and Services Office for more undergraduate campus resources.
