CFHI is a global family of health professionals and students working at the grassroots level to improve the health of the world community.  We carry out our mission by supporting our international partner communities though community health projects and Global Health Immersion Programs. CFHI’s 20+ programs in 5 countries connect local health professionals with international students for 4-12 weeks and give first-hand insight into healthcare in underserved communities. Through CFHI programs, participants transform perspectives about self, about global health and healing.
