Have you ever used the wrong water glass? Do you wonder what you should say to someone at a professional event? This program will help students entering any industry put their best foot forward by teaching some basic guidelines for how to conduct themselves at professional events, both inside and outside the workplace. Kerry Preston of Image Dynamics will lead this workshop. She facilitates training seminars and provides coaching for clients, which include Hilton Hotels, Merck, and Estée Lauder.
