Resident Adviser Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of our Residential Programs staff. The Resident Adviser (RA) position is a premiere student leadership position on the Columbia University campus. We are looking for dedicated student leaders who share our mission to  foster safe and inclusive living and learning environments beyond the classroom to holistically develop responsible global citizens.
