Forms should only be reviewed and maintained by one designated officer of the student organization. This information will be used for information purposes only in the case of an emergency.

SPRING PROGRAM EVALUATION

The purpose of this evaluation is to solicit student feedback on the various components of the Kenneth Cole Community Engagement Program that took place during the spring semester. Your feedback will help us to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the program, and help us to determine any aspects of the program that might require modification. As you formulate your responses, please be sure to consider ALL aspects of the program, including the internship and team selection meeting, client meetings, guest speakers, the course, as well as the dinner with Mr. Cole.
