This Afternoon New Music focused on the music of John Wiese. Wiese is in the middle of a tour of the East Coast with his group Sissy Spacek, having had two shows in New York this past weekend and heading up the coast to do several shows in New England. The pieces we listened spanned a wide range, from free improvisational work to harsh noise.
