Jazz Profiles Sunday 11/11: Ted Curson

This Sunday, we will be honoring the late trumpeter Ted Curson with a memorial edition of Jazz Profiles. Curson gained renown as a member of Charles Mingus’ band in 1960, recorded as a soloist in the 1960s and 1970s, and performed annually at the Finnish Pori Jazz festival since the first event in 1966.
