Tune in this Wednesday from 6-9 PM for a special edition of the Musician Show where we are joined by guitarist Mike Bono, who will play some tunes and talk about his work. Mike Bono began playing guitar at age 5, then going on to attend Berklee College of Music. Since graduating, he has led his own group, the Mike Bono Group, for which he composes the music. They recently released their debut album, From Where You Are. The group consists of Mike Bono on guitar, Matthew Halpin on tenor saxophone, Naseem Alatrash on cello, Christian Li on piano, Roberto Giaquinto on drums, and Jared Henderson on bass. They have recently toured in France, and play regularly in Boston and New York. Mike is also an active member in NY based groups led by Felix Peikli, Eitan Kenner, and Natalie Cressman.
