MeiMei is grateful for this award and the opportunity to create meaningful memories in various areas of the Columbia community. As a Columbia Cheerleader these past four years, MeiMei has enjoyed supporting Columbia Athletics and encouraging her peers, both on and off the field. MeiMei’s influence extends beyond athletics, as an exuberant NSOP Leader and advocate for the Core Curriculum. She brings passion and curiosity to academic pursuits, from interning at major publishing houses Macmillan and Simon and Schuster to her diverse academic interests (You can ask her anything about the American cowboy or the history of the Russian Orthodox Church). MeiMei's multifaceted leadership in Greek Life through Kappa Alpha Theta and Religious Life with Reformed University Fellowship demonstrates her dedication to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and kind campus culture.
