Manoushka holds a B.A. in psychology and an M.S. in Education, both from St. John’s University. She enjoys reading, writing and dancing, and is inspired by Shirley Chisholm, the first black woman elected to the U.S. Congress, and Dorothy Irene Height, a civil rights and women's rights activist.
