Meghan grew up in New Jersey and earned her B.A. in English from New Jersey City University before moving on to earn her M.F.A. in Writing and Literature from Bennington College. As an undergraduate, she worked as a peer tutor and fell in love with academic support, especially academic coaching, which led her to join the Center for Student Advising as the Associate Director of Tutoring and Academic Support. She is grateful to have the opportunity to continue supporting Columbia students in her current role as an Advising Dean. Outside of work, Meghan can be found birdwatching in the Ramble.
