Born in Louisville, KY and raised in Spartanburg, SC, Cynthia attended the University of Georgia where she received a BA in Speech Communications with Certificate of Study in Women’s Studies. She also earned her MA in Human Services Administration from Rider University. Always on an adventure, Cynthia has lived all over the United States and loves photography, volleyball, and trying out new restaurants.
