Columbia University Catering
One convenient option for student groups, is to work with Columbia University Catering which provides food and beverage services at student organization events, offers set-up and clean up services, and is willing to work within any budget.

Once you have reserved a space for your event, standard orders may be placed by:
- Filling out the Request for Catering Services form
- Telephone at 212.854.4630
- Fax at 212.854.5840
- E-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once Columbia University catering has received your order, a fax confirmation will be sent to your advising office. This will give you the opportunity to review your order and make any necessary changes. It is necessary to have your adviser sign off on the order and fax it back to Columbia University Catering. Columbia University Catering suggests setting a personal meeting to discuss all special events. Before making any catering arrangements, consult with your adviser and obtain budgetary authorization. Columbia University Catering does have “first right of refusal” for large events. Please consult with your adviser for additional information.
Local Food Vendors
Groups may also work with local vendors to provide food for their events. The Student Affairs Vendor List includes many options, and any of these vendors should accept EForms. If your group is interested in working with a vendor not on this list, please see your adviser to review the process.
There are many different Kosher options available for your student organizational events. Some are included in the Student Affairs Vendor List, however you may want to consult your adviser for specific questions regarding these or other options.
