Afternoon New Music focusing on the improvisation groups MEV and AMM, and some of their members.
The first part of this show is focused on MEV (Musica Elettronica Viva) and two of its founding members, Alvin Curran and Allan Bryant. The second part of the show is focused on AMM, founded around the same time as MEV, and founding member Keith Rowe.
