This past Sunday, we were joined in studio by Paul Haney, founder of Obsolete Units, a Brooklyn-based record label, and the man behind Rust Worship. He performed a Rust Worship set to begin our program, and then discussed his work with Obsolete Units, the music of Rust Worship, and upcoming record releases and shows. For more information about Paul and his music, check out http://obsoleteunits.com/ and http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rust-Worship/136473219732416. Paul came in this Sunday in particular to talk about his participation in the upcoming Ende Tymes Music and Arts Festival. This festival boasts an incredible lineup, with many of the most established noise and experimental musicians in the country playing alongside some of the brightest young talent. This convergence of musicians and artists is taking place in Ridgewood, Queens, and, in addition to live performances June 24-June 26 at the Silent Barn, there will also be visual projections accompanied by live music. To find out more about the festival, please check out http://www.halfnormal.com/endetymes/ If you buy tickets (or pledge) in advance (ticket prices are incredibly modest, with total access to the 3-day festival beginning at a mere 25 dollars), you get lots of cool goodies -- available at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/571305920/ende-tymes-festival-of-noi...
