We are so excited to commence the 2022-23 school year with our lineup of welcome events. All prospective new and returning students are invited to attend our interest meeting and other welcome events listed below. WKCR is a non-commercial educational FM radio station primarily serving the New York City area. We are world-renowned for our musical programming, and hold a special place in Columbia’s history. This year we are looking for new programmers, librarians, archivists, engineers, social media managers, graphic designers, and photographers!
We offer programming opportunities for student DJs in the following departments: Jazz, Classical, American, New Music, Latin, In All Languages, News/Arts/Sports (talk show)!
We also have a new publicity department looking for graphic designers, social media managers, and content creators! Our library team is looking for archivists and our engineering team is always looking for new engineers. There are many ways to get involved and we are not exclusive!
This Monday at 7pm is our General Interest Meeting.

Oct 1: Record Store Crawl, 12 pm (10 am on the Lewisohn lawns for hangout/station tours)
