Advanced planning is essential! Be sure to meet with your group adviser to review your plans, assess possible risks, complete documentation and consider all necessary logistics. We advise this meeting occur as soon as you begin planning a trip. For trips involving significant travel plans, international destinations, or extended stays we ask that you meet with your group adviser three months before your planned departure date and continue to communicate with your group adviser throughout the planning process.
