Tutor Assignments

The CC/SEAS Tutoring Service sends out e-mail assignments to students indicating their tutors' names and contact information. It is up to students to contact their tutors within a week of assignment, or contact the Academic Success Programs staff to inform them that they no longer need a tutor. Tutors are readily available for introductory level courses in most subjects; however, requests for tutoring in more advanced or specialized courses may take longer to fill as the Tutoring Service may need to specially hire tutors for those subjects.

Requests for tutors are still accepted after the deadline has passed. Requests received after the deadline are considered on a space-available basis and may take longer to fill.
